Tim Ball, Managing Director
Tim started his career in the marketing communications team at Grosvenor House, Park Lane and spotted the growing demand for creative event agencies. Three years later in 1998 he became the founding Director of ClinkClink. Strategic, creative and professional, Tim is an expert in implementing high impact event services for both companies and brands. He is an active member at the UK Chapter of ISES (International Special Events Society).

Alex Pearn, Event Director
Alex has been producing events for more than fifteen years all over the world for many major brands. Alex Parsons, Operations Manager
Alex has a strong background in pub and restaurant management and brings a detailed understanding of managing both high end and high volume services. Alex has worked for some of the country's leading pub companies as well as running some of Bristol's most iconic sites. Alex has an in-depth understanding of the products we work with and is a whirlwind behind a bar.

Alison Morris, Financial Controller
Alison started working at ClinkClink six years ago. Her role has evolved and changed in many ways as the business has grown. She previously worked for a bank in Luxembourg and returned to the UK to study for her accountancy exams and start a family before joining us.

Gary Jordan, Business Manager
Gary has been working in the events industry for over five years. He has worked his way up through the ranks from his first role an Audio Visual technician.
