With a fully live event not possible in April 2021, ClinkClink worked closely with the Bidfood teams to ensure that the show could still go on.
More than 1200 delegates enjoyed keynote speeches, cook alongs, networking and live Q&A in an ambitious 3 day event program, with 50 exhibition stands on the virtual show floor.
Saturday Kitchen’s Matt Tebbutt hosted the live action and brought the TV show flavour to the interviews, links and demo kitchen working longside Bidfood’s own Martin Eshelby, a brilliant pairing giving the viewers a truly engaging feast.

With 50 virtual expo stands all needing bespoke artwork, file download areas, video playback and realtime video call functionality alongside the 3 live studios all streamed to a online audience…our team had to deliver Michelin star service for the Bidfood Hybrid Conference!

Key to the success of the event was the contact with the exhibitors who were assigned a project management team to ensure every detail and change was applied, tracked and reported. Opening morning saw the smooth roll out of every stand with a team on standby to implement any further changes during the course of the 3 day exhibition.

The live elements were streamed and then made available for on demand viewing. Full autocue and production support ensured that things not only kept to time but that the contributors could focus on the job in hand supported by a seamless technical delivery.
